The servers were closed on Jand the game can now be played only offline. It would be n-Space's last project before they closed in 2016. The game was developed by n-Space, in collaboration with Digital Extremes, and was released worldwide on Octofor Microsoft Windows, OS X, and Linux, with PlayStation 4, and Xbox One versions coming out in 2016. The music was performed by the City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra. Inon Zur, who previously led the music development of Dragon Age: Origins and Fallout 3, composed, produced, and conducted all the music for the game. The game is available on several platforms including Microsoft Windows, OS X, Linux, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. It features single-player and co-operative multiplayer modes. One addition to the game is that it allows players to be a "dungeon master" (or DM), as in the tabletop version of Dungeons & Dragons. NOTE: SCL Next and SCL Reborn are two separate mod projects.Microsoft Windows, OS X, Linux, PlayStation 4, Xbox One Sword Coast Legends Reborn (v.1.21 updated ) Sword Coast Legends Next: A 5e Conversion (v1.2, updated ) Some basics on modding Sword Coast Legends ![]() ![]() The modules can be found in the game itself and there are many. No workshop, but modding (as in "modifying") is possible, as well as modules. They won't even work on the Foundry for Neverwinter Online, why would they work on cp3 or any patches for a competing game? That is why they are under investigation for violating the Sherman Act, which was made to prevent such greedy underhanded tactics in businesses to protect consumers. PWE will not save SCL, they already have their cash-cow D&D MMO. Perfect World bought out Digital Extremes to kill this game off. After all this I get the feeling that WoTC is more responsible than N-Space. N-Space closed and WoTC keeps profiting and alive killing everything it touchs. See the pattern? D&D bad games here and there. The micro-management competitive game is already made, they only need to reskin it and you have a MMO ready in your hands - about the legal issues of the D&D name that's another thing, since that other D&D game Neverwinter Online already owns that an is active. From the start this game always had more MMO in it than anything else.
